What's the minimum weight @ 6 reps to be respected as gym-goer strong?
Deadlift: ?
Squat: ?
Bench: ?

6 reps? wtf?
this is /fit/, we STRICTLY do sets of 5 ONLY
anything more than that is BITCH WEIGHT
Depends entirely on how big you are and the gym you're going to. If I had to completely ballpark it I would say
DL 355
Squat 265
Bench 175

>It's a /fit/ is afraid of upper body exercises episode
>>42122794
I don't squat or deadlift those numbers but I can bench that. Am I doing something wrong?

how do i get good at bench if am shy solo gym going autist?
>>42122794
First time i was like :)
Then i was like:(
>>42123455
Db bench.
Sub-maximum work ie 5x5 85of1rm

>how do i get good at bench
deadlift & rows - your back controls bar descent
watch an instructional vid and be honest with yourself......if shoulders are asymmetrical, don't do 1 rep max,
>>42122728
DL = 5 plates
squat = 4 plates
bench = 3 plates
get to work, faggot.
>>42122794
For me that'd be a 1rm of 300/200/395
For a guy at ~ 200lb that's barely intermediate
>>42123455
Bruh just learn roll of shame very easy to do done it twice already
>>42122728
I go to a casual gym (very few people DL and even fewer OHP - almost everyone squats and benches) so I would say:
DL - 335
Squat - 275
Bench - 225

Roll of shame is dangerous when you're not working with babbyweight.
I always bench with no clips so I can dump the weight if I have to. It's the only safe way to bench solo without a power rack
>>42122728
Deadlift: 4 plate
Squat: 3 plate
Bench: 2 plate
Overhead Press: 1 plate
>>42123592
>mfw I tried 2pl8 bench and had to dump the weight only to have the manager get super angry with me for chipping a few plates
Would rather not do that again.

Are you too autistic to ask for a spot?
