Starting Phrak's GSLP, which includes Chin ups. I can't do them for the life of me, so should I do negatives or just fuck it and do lat pull downs palms facing me till I can? Are negatives worth it?
If I should do negatives how can I emulate a 3x5? Do I do 5 negatives? or would I hold myself for 5 seconds? I'm retarded, help /fit/
Just use the lat pulldown cable until you build up enough strength
