Are deadlifts necessary if youre not a powerlifter? Can they be replaced with rack pulls on the lowest pin setting?
I ask because I have a home gym set up but I can't find any material to use as good deadlift area. And nowhere around where I live sells horse stall Matt's
I'll be squatting and doing pendlay and barbell rows, but can deadlifts be left behind?
