use microplates numbnuts. you can also adjust volume. progressive overload isn't just about more weight. you can increase the volume too. if you can lift 230 x6, and later x7 or whatever it will make you stronger

Not op but, let's say i'm stalling at 3x5 230, only able to get to around 4 first two sets, 3 last set, is it better to just drop to 210 and increase volume? 3x8 or some shit? Will I still progress

Yes. If you cant reach all of reps for every set then deload with increased volume. Begin progressive overload with this lowered weight at a higher volume for a few workoits then switch back to your normal lifting scheme.
