Like 70% of my diet is either Oats (usually with apples/banna/yogurt/protein) and Fiber Cereal
Its like the only thing that fills me up. I've been eating this fiber cereal with only 60 calories per 1/2 cup but it also has 14g fiber. Some days I eat upwards of 100g of fiber.
Is this bad or is it healthy? Also what are some other filling foods that I can put into my diet. I've been eating a lot of whole cucumbers and whole eggplants(baked and seasoned) as they have low calories and fill you up pretty good.
As a male you should be getting ~35g of fiber a day. For some it might be more, for some less. Are your poops healthy? Do you feel good? Are you drinking enough water?

yep, im on a cut and I have solid large poops daily.

I just dont think I should be eating this much oats and cereal but theres not many foods that satisfy me like they do beside soup ( and i have no idea how to make soup and it seems like it'd be expensive to make )
