A gallon of water weights more than a gallon of gas fyi
>>42117899
Each of those containers is more than a gallon

Gas is old dinosaurs and a kilogram of dinosaurs is heavier than a kilogram of water
NATO Jerry cans hold 5 gallons and gas weighs about 6.3 lbs/gal. That's 126 lbs of fluid plus whetever the cans and the bar weighs which should be negligible. 150lbs tops
I unironically started using gallons of water as extra weights after I saw that funny pic of the guy with the home gym who benches liters.

Actually gas is compressed dinosaurs so it's even heavier.

You know you can fill them with stones, dirt or stuff made of metal to make it heavier, right? Sounds pretty good as makeshift weights actually for home gyms actually. Might give it a try. There are also Jerry cans which are made of metal, so they should be even heavier.

150lb isn't much for a squat, but hiking with it in that unstable swinging configuration would present it's own challenges.

20l each in Europe
gasoline density is around 0.71-0.77 kg/l
thats 20*4*0.71=56.8kg
So..yes
