2nd week of 3,500 kcal/170g of protein diet.
Today's example:
Breakfast: 500g oatmeal porridge with 400g of bananas
Lunch: 300g of baked potatoes with like 150g of baked chicken breast. Training 90 mins later after lunch.
Lunch 2: 200g of pasta with 100g of chicken breast + 200g of banana
Probably goin to find some beans for my dinner, so I end up hitting my calories/protein goal.
What else can I do to save my life

It'll take a few months to see change, meanwhile keep working out.
If you read the sticky, understand your BMR and TDEE, and eat more calories (not much more, just more) than you need, then you will make it.

As I remember my TDEE is somewhat around 2600 and my BMR is ~2000
My metabolism is the thing. Whenever I go outside with someone, if it's a bit cool like +13-15oC and everyone is wearing sweaters with windbreakers on, while I'm super comfy in my T-shirt and my hand easily much warmer than anyone I'm spending time with, no matter what they're wearing. It seems like a sign of something really damn insane.

Hitting gym for like 5 years overall (since I'm 14), first 3 of those I had retarded discipline and was simply doin whatever my somewhat good looking buddies told me to, wasnt passionate about it. Now it's all different, but still doesnt work for me.
