After some googling i realised i have some telltale symptoms of heart disease and i know theres a history of heart disease in my family.
I'm in my early 20's and despite being fat I'm more active than i should be for someone my size, walking minimum 5 miles daily only stopping when my phone dies, it gets dark (i live in a place where you dont want to be out after dark), or risk of heat exhaustion/heat stroke(95+ degrees) get in the way.
My diet is likely the thing keeping me big even though for the past year i've more than tripled my vegetable intake and lowered my junk intake and cut out almost all sugary drinks(usually have one soda if eating socially), but i guess i have to go further.
Am i salvageable or am i fucked?
