Trying to turn what I have into muscle, used to be 180 before I swelled up like a fucking pig. I have fit friends who have been little to no help about building a routine for what I'm trying to do. What do I need?

if you're not memeing (i think you are) there is no such thing as spot reduction, getting bigger core will actually make you look fatter
just eat less and do cardio

Not memeing, I just want to lose some weight and build some muscle. I already eat once or twice a day because my work schedule sucks, I just don't know what exercises I should be doing to be able to get my whole body in shape. I work a sedentary job so that doesn't really help either

You can't turn fat into muscle.
You can cut or bulk, and there's a few ways that will allow most people to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, but it's not as easy and not recommended at your current bf%

I've been skimming through it, and trying to figure out which way to better measure my bf percentage. I have most of it noted, and I already avoid a lot of sugars, stay away from carbs if I'm not going to be doing anything physical in the following hours, and also replaced sodas and other shit with strictly water.
