I do keto as well, and the pictures you post makes me want to puke.
there is more to fats than drowning everything in mayonnaise, that bologna cake is the stuff of nightmares.

avocados, almonds, seeds, do you even?
keto meals should have a large serving of greens with every meal. 20-30g of carbs is a massive bowl of brocoli, salad, spinach, cauliflower, celeri, etc.. with every meal.
