So /fit/ why don't we make some delicious keto-friendly jellies and appetizers from yesteryear? Pic related. Unflavored gelatin, canned salmon, mayo in a fish-shaped mold. Literally fish reconstituted into a fish.
>falling for the keto meme
Bologna-cake here, courtesy of /ck/. It grows more rich the longer it sits in your fridge. That's mustard icing and mayo layers.
And one more, jellied egg with shredded chicken. The chicken is shredded and you will be too on this diet, /fit/! Max gains from consuming the chicken both before being born and after it's dead for that parent-child protein synergy.

I do keto as well, and the pictures you post makes me want to puke.
there is more to fats than drowning everything in mayonnaise, that bologna cake is the stuff of nightmares.
avocados, almonds, seeds, do you even?
keto meals should have a large serving of greens with every meal. 20-30g of carbs is a massive bowl of brocoli, salad, spinach, cauliflower, celeri, etc.. with every meal.
Please do some more research before posting these abominations. That Walking Dead salmon is going to dance behind my eye-lids when I go to bed.
