How do you guys deal with sore arms? I only worked out a bit

How do you guys deal with sore arms? I only worked out a bit yesterday but my arms are hurting like crazy. I'm only working abs and legs today, but I don't want my arms to hurt into the day after

Yes, eventually the pain goes away. Just avoid long periods of time without working your arms, that's what fucks me up

DOMs get much rarer after you've been training awhile. Tour body gets better a breaking down the lactic acid.
