I've been sucking my stomach in for years.
I've always had a high metabolism, but lately I've noticed I gain weight when I eat less, and vice versa.
I've tried changing my diet, but it always makes me feel awful and makes me gain weight.
It looks like I have a flat stomach, but when I am relaxed my stomach, especially from the side, does not look okay at all.
What do I do?

I ate like crap for so long because I was sure my metabolism would never backfire.
I drink at least a glass or two of soda a day, lots of junk food, lots of pork and beef, noodles, and just generally unhealthy things.
It's difficult for me to change my eating because my mother does the shopping. I eat lots of fruit when I can, but you get it.

You need to start tracking your calories. At you're weight you're just shy of being overweight.
You need to be eating around 1,200 - 1,400 calories a day if you want to drop fat. If your mom does the shopping you should ask for certain foods. It won't be easy and parents will always buy comfort food for their kids. Avoid it and eat as healthy as you can.

That's because you cut down calories too hard.
Your body temperature lowers when you eat at deficit. So eat more but do more cardio.
Or do fasting or at least IF.
