How much weight can i lose in 2 months after doing FULL ADF and only drinking a small flat white coffee on the fasting days and eating almost 2000 calories on the non fasting days?
Im as fat as the left
Also is this something healthy enough i can live on forever?

If you want to make long term changes then you need to take baby steps. At first, stop soda. Then stop pastries, cookies and other sweets. Then eat less industrial foods overall and start eating more whole foods. Reduce carbs, eat more protein, eat more healthy fat. Hunger will regulate itself, you'll eat less, your metabolism will work better. You will witness drastic changes in a matter of a few months, but long term changes in diet need TIME to really stick. 2 months is not enough. Start lifting heavy. Do HIIT. I won't recommend IF, I did it and it worked (I lost 17kg in 2 months) but it got me a skinny fat body, stretch marks and bad metabolism. You need to eat better and lift, not eat less.

Its really easy on the fasting days.
I feel more hungry at night and keep eating a second meal not long after dinner because i panic about the next fast but when i wake up i dont care about food every time.
But on nights of the fast i think about food so much my mouth waters thinking about eating something good for breakfast, but the next day i wake up i dont even want breakfast and just eat lunch.

I heard its good for heart health.
I never had heart problems because im the healthiest adult in my family, but my sister drank too much energy drinks and had some kind of mini heart attack and now my mums having heart problems even though its not a problem in her family.

Screw lifting, i usually don't eat sweets and never drink soda.

Once lost 20kg but gained it back after life threatening issues.

Carbs dont even make you hungry, its bullshit.
I ate sushi for lunch and i wasnt extra hungry for dinner.

The fasting litterally taught me to wait and not seek food whenever i feel like it.

Feels normal.

I think i lost almost 2kg this week but i cant find my scales.
