Get minor cosmetic surgery (fillers under the eyes - it's only a 15 minute procedure) then use a bit of concealer and then your dark circles will become almost invisible. If you're not an idiot with using concealer and do a tiny bit of research on how to use it no one will ever be able to tell you have it on. Get over being afraid to use make up - why do you think Chad fucks Stacey all day and night without looking tired?

Assuming it's bruising and not genetics, the answer is sleep, hydration, and icing. You can put a spoon in the freezer, or you can just use any ice pack. They even sell masks you can freeze overnight, but I doubt they're worth it.
