Tips, tricks and general advice for cutting - how's it going brehs?
Started at 101.5 Kgs, down to 93.2 in like 3 months. Feeling hungry all the fucking time, at least I'm managing to keep my lifts (all in kgs)

Actually works. I usually drink tea though. Try having soup/salad for lunch. I make some hearty soups that are all 2-300 kcals in a decent sized serving.
I just do a lot of cardio and stay in the sun so when I get hunger urges I still dont go over my calorie limit

It's going good for me. Eating 1800-1900 calories a day. From 177lbs to 166lbs currently then my goal is 155lbs see how it looks then maybe to 148lbs.
I eat the same thing everyday.

What do you eat? I am currently eating pretty much only oats and quark, mainly because of budget reasons, but I am worried about micronutrients. I am supplementing with a multivitamin, but I fear it's not enough.

Im not sure what you are trying to accomplish with this post. This is a cutting general, why would i post bulking advice? I didnt mention the amount of calories consumed anyways. Are you implying that training for strength is somehow morally and ethically superior than training for aesthetics? I bet you get all the ladies with your 3 plate deadlift.
