not really, most of what this is useful for can be done with a pair of rings suspended from a crossbar or a tree
It's also not really space efficient compared to say a power rack and an adjustable bench with a barbel.

it's a lot less expensive than a rack and all that other stuff and takes less space, but if a rack, barbell, and weights are at all an option that should be the #1 priority

i actually had one of these at one point when i was a newfag and trying to get good at pullups, and it worked nicely for that
