Hi /fit/
I just hired a trainer, and had my first session on Saturday. I haven't worked out in a long while. We did endurance stuff for a half hour and much of my body was sore.
I rested the next day, then did strength and cardio for a half hour the day after that ( yesterday ).
Today I didn't eat much and I felt foggy for the work day today. I don't want to work out today because I'm sore from yesterday but most important, I don't want to hurt myself.
Is a half hour every other day the way to go? I'm a beginner and I want to do this properly.
