You mean like doing multiple bicep excercises in a row, for example?
You can, if you have a split and focus on one muscle group at a time (but if you're advanced enough for this you probably know what you're doing anyway).
But if you do something like full body, I'd suggest not doing that.
So for example, if you do full body, and do rows, bench, curls and tricep extensions, I'd do bench first, then rows, then triceps, then curls, that way each group will have some rest before you hit it again.
