As for face, if you have low bodyfat, good hair for your face, and a thick neck, the only way to further improve is surgery I think.

I think my face is 5/10 and my body is 5/10, then every time I see a photo I realize my body is 7/10 and my face is 3/10. Wish I could trade them tbqh.

If you got legit dysmorphia I believe you either need a lot of encouragement and acceptance from people around you or just visiting an expert.

Take N-Acetylcysteine

My brother had sever OCD, BDD and anger issues for 10 years. He was on Anti-depressants and anti-psychotics for 8 years and nothing happened.

After a huge OCD outburst I took it upon myself to research cures. I started to see N-Acetylcysteine crop up in a ton of modern research papers, and luckily it can be bought off the shelf with no need for a prescription.

So after taking N-Acetylcysteine for 2 months he transformed into an actual human being. Almost all symptoms were gone. I get emotional just thinking about how much the health system failed him. It was so simple. 30 mins on google and I saved my little brother from decades of mental torture.

Literally leave 4chan. I did that and it worked. I come back every few weeks and there's a direct correlation between negative self-image and 4chan usage.

Unless you're a complete fuck up you can always go to /r9k/ to laugh at other people and feel better about yourself. I did that as an insecure teenager.
