Hey Guys i need your advice.
I started working out around 6 weeks ago and bulked pretty well. All my friends noticed already that i got a lot bigger and i gained 5 kg. But I also quite a bit of fat and boobies which i really dont like and looks really bad when wearing t shirts, i guess i am around 22 % bodyfat and i am wondering now if i should start cutting down to 10-15 % and then do a really clean bulk?
Cut to 10%, bulk to 15%. Rinse and repeat.

the only problem with this chart is that lean muscle mass differs from photo to photo.
what good is knowing your fat % if your muscle mass is steadily decreasing as you get flabbier. if anything, that is the opposite of what lifting regularly yields.
15% guy is significantly less muscular than 10-12%, but in your gym population, guys that have been going for 5+ years at 15% body fat will outlift a 10-12% guy.
my point being: stop posting that stupid chart.
