If she is on a regular inhaler and uses it as prescribed then she should be able to do regular cardio.

Any of them, just keep your rescue inhaler on hand.

If she uses a nebulizer, try to take it closer to when you are going to be exercising.

My dad has asthma yet he 5 miles almost daily. He told me it was hard for him when he first started running, but since he's been doing it for so long he doesn't get asthma attacks anymore.
