Sounds like Irritable bowel syndrome. Welcome to hell bro. I once could hardly leave the house for 2 months because I felt like I couldn't control my shit, although I didnt even have diarrhea.
For me it got better by avoiding sugar, processed food, artificial sweeteners and big meals but it sure makes bulking hard. Just test what you can eat without feeling bad, starting of with 3 days of very plain food, then adding something new once for 3 days and so on.
