I want to lose some fat and maybe gain some muscle. Don't want to get utter muscled and shit, just want to show my abs and carry my girlfriend around.
I'm 74kg and 1,79cm, I started to do atletism a month ago. Would also like to relate my gains to running faster.
Problem is I eat a lot.
I have about 3-4 meals per day, and each meal is substantially big. How do I teach myself to eat less and slower (I also tend to finish my meal before anybody else)?
