Over the course of years I have mastered swedish pillow sleeping techniques in which I either wake up with no pillow under my head, on my back, with a pillow underneath my knees for support

or I wake up with a pillow in between my legs while I am on my side and a pillow under my arm and head

my ex wife was fascinated by how I could do that while sleeping but then again, I have very few back problems
