I was planning on bulking because I've stalled my progression at a very low weight while both on a cut and maintenance diet, but I read the sticky about body recomp which says if you have high BF (>15%) you should cut first to lower it before bulking.
But I'm already skinny (145lbs, 5'11") and my BF% is probably ~20% at a guess. I feel like I'd be harming myself if I tried to drop my weight much more (and lose whatever little progress I've made so far).
Do I listen to the sticky?
