5'6"; from 195lbs. to current weight of 154lbs. I FINALLY made it below 160. I was stuck around there for months. I lost most of the weight within 7 months and then things kind of came to a halt. Anyone else experience this? My goal weight is 130 or less. Keep fighting anons!

>#2 it's time to start your journey to /fit/izenship by beginning to lift and eating more
Doing sprints along with lifting will still help you lose weight, while filling you out to make you look more muscular/not as fat.
