Do you do incline immediately after your flat bench?
if so do you warm up for your incline bench, or do you treat your flat bench as the warm up?
i warm up for both of them separately, but i think it may fatigue me prematurely.
i feel like if i dont warm up for incline my shoulders feel weird as fuck.
Immediately after, no warmup

If it's a warm-up, it shouldn't fatigue you prematurely. If anything, you're getting fatigued by the full set of flat bench you already did. Alternate workouts where you do flat and incline, or alternate which one you do first if you're super concerned about your upper pecs not getting hit hard enough. Or just try skip the second warm-up.
Overly defined upper pecs look dumb compared to lower pecs anyways.

alright thanks.
that makes sense because i feel like my incline got weaker right around when my flat got stronger, even though i always do flat first so i see how that works.
My incline is way smaller than decline and also my left hand is shaking like a bitch when I do it. Should I do incline before the flat one? I feel like flat makes me tired so I shake afterwards, tried to rest for 5 mins, do other muscle group or even legs in between, still trembling.

Is your left hand shaking during flat bench? Does it shake if you do incline fresh without having done flat bench?
