depends what your segment lengths are, if you have a wide clavicle and short forearms in that wingspam then maybe it will be advantageous, if long forearms and short clavicle maybe not

There is literally no noticeable difference in pectoral muscle activation based on grip width, it is literally completely fucking impossible to perform a bench press rep to correct depth without involving the chest musculature.

Hell, if you're not competing you might as well do close grip only as it's LITERALLY the best possible bench variation for overall strength and athleticism.

Yeah about shoulder width, just wherever you land when you arms are extended straight. Remember to pause and don't treat it like an accessory movement for optimal results.
