I am slightly chubby but not fat. I am actually on a cut right now but it won't help this problem because I can feel my hip bones sticking out. There is very little fat on my hips.

That is what I think too but I haven't seen a difference after 4 months of train of Pull, Push, Pull, Legs.

But I do a fully body routine now as I see faster progress on all lifts.
