His H3 podcast episode was awful. It was the first thing I'd seen him in. Seconds into it, he was saying that it was normal for him to lose 50 pounds and gain it back. He could have learned what he was doing wrong that is making him relapse, but he was too busy playing everquest for 6 years and World of Warcraft for like 10. I lost 150lbs by dieting. I eat borderline vegan 99% of the time. Super clean, no added sugar. Lots of lentils and beans. Almond milk and a scoop 2 scoops of chocolate pea protein blended with some ice is really good.

I eat fish 4 days a week, pork of Wednesdays, a poultry on Saturdays, and red meat on Sundays. I'm not afraid of fat, but it's hard for me to not fall off the wagon if I eat bread or rice. I try to get as much of my carbs from fiber as possible, so I end up eating tons of cabbage and Brussels sprouts and such. Keeps me full, which helps a lot.
