/fit/, is it possible to target every muscle in your body effectively with just a pair of dumbbells, a barbells and some weights? What are some routines suited specially for that?

Yes, you can do every exercise in this routine with just that. Replace dips/pull ups with something else if you don't have the means to do them at your home though. And if you don't have a power cage or squat rack you can just do a front squat instead.
