Hey guys i am new to weight loss. I am currently on day 12 for the first 4 days i lost 10lbs and then after that not much i started tracking my calories 100% 3 days ago and i ate 1800 on saturday, 1555 on sunday and today 1770 and i dont plan to eat anything else. i also have been going to the gym every single day for the last 12 days doing weights and a little of cardio. My question is why did i stop losing weight already? i tought fat people are supposed to lose weight fast at first.
About me i am 23 270 5'8 male
Except for right at the start weight loss comes in chunks called "wooshes". You can lose the lipid, but still have a ton of water left in the cell. It takes time to clear out.
