Just got a blood result back revealing I'm below average T (226 ng/dL). This is particularly concerning given I am only 22 and entering Army basic training in a little over a month (11B). What options do I have? I feel tired and mentally foggy quite often and am struggling to increase my lifts. Not to mention it's hard to get motivation to go out and fugg bitches. The problem is the military would make it difficult or impossible to take any sort of TRT I would imagine. What can I do to get my T levels up? I'm currently on ICF 5x5 fitness routine 3 days a week and do some minor body weight stuff the other days. How can I increase T naturally? NoFap, diet, supplements, change up lifting routine? Currently 5'10 and 175 pounds a bit over weight. Plz make me a man again.
Being around all those guys 24/7 should boost T, similar to being in prison.
That and all the loads you'll be taking
You want to be an infantyman? Pathetic. I thought they lowered the standard when they started taking women into combat arms. You're lower than that.
Started taking zinc and working out.

Honestly dude since you are lifting and still seeing it that low go get checked out for sleep apnea. You can schedule a test to see if you have it. That shit will fuck up your hormones bad
