What the fuck is this bullshit??? Please PLEASE tell me i will see bombastic results soon. Shedding 20lbs is more than enough to see nice results, so what the fuck!?!? I'm about to give up and go back to eating out with friends & family instead of constantly opting out for the sake of "muh gains', which doesn't even SHOW besides virtual numbers on a scale.

Be careful, in a month or two you might be more ripped than you would have liked. Especially on just cardio. That's why I don't go to the gym, I don't wanna be super muscular like those gross bodybuilders.

OP here, forgot to mention I suffer from insomia and get around 5-7 hours of sleep, and stay up to 3;00am on a consistent basis. Is that affecting anything? That's the only thing I can think that might be negatively affecting my fat loss, but even then I don't see how lack of sleep can affect anything besides being tired.

Duh, you lost twenty pounds you fucking moron. That's 20 lbs of unnoticeable fat. Most likely what happened is you're super fat and your fat layers were becoming more dense. So you should probably notice your fat legs getting loose and flabby feeling. That's a good thing, once you've chipped at those for a few months or so, your stomach fat will start decreasing, fatty. But it'll start the same way, your dense hard fat will just start to loosen up, so it might not look any different to your stupid fucking friends.
