Guys, been struggling with sports hernia bullshit for awhile now and i think i'm going to give up on powerlifting. i was SS then texas method for awhile but every time i bulk i end up tearing my abs, not enough to require surgery but I'm thinking about doing a split until I can heal up or whatever.
Anyway there's a shit load of info about bro splits. Is there any commonly recommended routine I could look into? I'm just trying to keep my shit from atrophying and I can't really powerlift anymore I think.
