skyr is by definition lactose-free. the bacteria ferment the lactose into a living polyculture; the probiotics are essentially lactose turned into living complex carbohydrates. there may be some left after it's done culturing, but it's nowhere near as much as a glass of milk.

Idk I chewed carrots since 3 years of age. I think yogurt is too liquiddy on its own. And obviously it would be thicker. Protein in itself makes your food thick
icelandicanon here, i eat 500gr of skyr every day i work, really cheap 2.5$ and has 13.4gr of protein in 100gr. sometimes i mix in fruits n veggies with ice in a blender or just throw some protein powder for taste.
