Sleep is very important for gains. If your an adult you should be trying to get around 8 hours. I can usually get away with a lot less, but I definitely feel it.

Basically if you're not up before your alarm and ready to do stuff / waking up with a boner than you're fucking up son

I have a full time job and a life so no more than 6 hours a night, when I was unemployed I'd get 8 or more hours

8 hours usually with a minimum of 7 1/2 hours and a maximum of 8 1/2 hours. If I don't get enough sleep or if I sleep to much, I'm a tired moody bitch and everything suffers. It sucks, but it could be worse.

5 hrs a night. I depend on stims to get me through the day. Otherwise I literally fall asleep while driving during the day. Dont be like me.
