My protein powder has gone past the expiry date. Is it still good?

my brother used some almost 10 year old, i think it expired in 2012, protein powder in a smoothie and he never noticed it was expired so hopefully nothing but fuck that id just get some new stuff

The FDA requires all supplements to have an exp. date but at very most it'll be a little less effective. It's not going to make you sick if kept dry... theoretically like honey it can last forever since it contains no moisture.
