Just cut your foot off. No exercise for a long time, lose the weight, and you can stay your fucking lazy self.
3 months is 12 weeks.
10 kg is 10 * 2.2 = 22 lb
if you have 12 weeks to lose 22 lb, you need to lose 1.8333... lb a week.
1 lb is 3500 calories. 1.83333 lb is 6416.66666.. calories.
If you want to lose 1.8333 lb a week, you will need a 6416.6666 calorie deficit a week.
This averages out to a 916.66666.. calorie deficit per day. Round up to 917 calories below maintenance. Every day.
So basically just eat 917 less calories every day than you are currently eating to maintain your weight and you should hit your goal. Not accounting for water weight fluctuations.
This is the minimum deficit you need to maintain to lose that weight, if you do no exercise whatsoever.
