It might be. Hypoglycemia feels fucking awful but the "disoriented" feeling generally goes away within 30 minutes or so after eating something to bring it up, it shouldn't intensify it. Hyperglycemia isn't as obvious as the former, and is a "slightly off" feeling. And obviously, eating more would intensify it. So if sugar makes it worse, then it's probably not hypoglycemia.
The easiest way is to go to Walmart and buy a testing kit for like $15.

Turns out I don't have the beetus, I think it was just too much coffee making me piss a lot.

If you find yourself frequently using the bathroom along with being a lot more tired/taking more naps like you have no energy; you could be. you can go to just like a walk in med express or urgent care and get tested. If you're desperate enough you could taste your own urine, if it's sweet then you're likely to definitely be diabetic.
