4x12 V-Bar pulldown
4x12 Barbell bent over row
Day 3: Legs and shoulders
4x8 Front squat/Back Squat
3x12 Leg press

3x15 Seated calf raise
4x12 Dumbbell overhead press
4x10 Side lateral raise
4x10 Front cable raise
