So /fit/, now that its summer and Im a uni fag I have some more time for gym. I am currently oh Greyskulls hitting some solid novice level numbers. Should I keep hitting the gym 3 times a week or should I start going everyday to maximize gains? Is that advisable?
Also routine recommendations.
