What exercises do you guys do to train you neck to make it T H I C C
Just do compound upper body sets. Specific neck workouts are not effective and dangerous. Also genetics.

Rn I just do isometrics for a sick pump and occasional neck bridges for FUNCTIONAL strength. I'm seeing some gains(about 2 cm gained in a month) but I should probably get a harness for it to get hyoog
