The day of the week doesn't really matter, and if I miss a day I just do whatever's next. Also each push day I've added side raises and close grip bench, all the other days have at least two assistance exercises (except only 1 for lower body movements).
My stats are bretty gey tho desu, 5RM's are

And for pull ups added weight is 1.25

Basic healthy stuff, Anon. Oats in the morning (with berries is what I do), snacks of fruit or vegetables throughout the day, avoid fastfood if you don't have to, chicken and rice, avoid anything with a lot of calories in it.
I recommend the spinach omelette, those things are great.

I think you should continue with whatever you are currently doing (cutting or bulking). The usual recommendation is bulk until above 15%, cut back down to 10%, repeat. You are currently between those percentages, and should continue your plan until you reach one of them, then switch. Been thinking about upping the intake but I'm afraid of gaining too much fat.
Am i overtraining? my arms are lagging a lot in size and in strength, i bench 250lbs, do weighted pullups with 35lbs for 5 reps, weighted dips with 60lbs but my arms don't grow.
