Hey guys, so I've been eating a couple packets of instant oatmeal each morning, but I'd like to try and move on to the big boy oats. How do you make yours? What recipes do you use? Thanks

This sounds delicious, can it be refrigerated overnight without tasting poor in the morning?

Oats, Peanut butter, Bananas, Whole Milk.
I don't measure anything. I just know its the only breakfast that keeps me going until lunch.

Just cut up any fruit i happen to have laying around at the time, fill up the bowl with oats (i use about 100g, but this is up to how much you need) and add milk. That's it.
My personal favorites are grapes, apples, bananas and /or strawberries, but you can use pretty much anything that doesn't have a bad reaction with milk (like kiwis and some melon breeds for example)

No clue never tried refrigerating it, I would say no just cuz the oats will dry out and once you heat them up they just get dryer and thicker. You can try making basic oats, leaving them overnight, and then adding all the other shit and in the morning

Oh, and since i read that most people in here cool them. I don't. I just let them soak overnight. In the fridge during summer, so the milk won't go bad
