I pissed blood for a week straight that looked exactly like this.
Went to doctor and they found protein in my urine.
Did blood work, urine samples, cystoscopies, and Pap smear. They found nothing conclusive. It just went away and never came back. Not sure if I'm dying or not but there's no evidence.

Yeah I had rhabdo once. Didn't even know what rhabdo was actually. So what happened was, i wasn't drinking enough water and took some preworkout as usual. Went to do leg day at the gym and was feeling REALLY good. Like nut busting, anus clenching good. Put the weight holder thingy on 200 (somewhere around there) lbs on the standing calf raise machine and did 45 reps for 3 sets. Though I had some massive pump going on and felt awesome. Well, when I got home, I noticed the pump wasn't going away. I also noticed my calves were flexed even if I wasn't flexing them and I was basically walking around on my tip toes for the whole afternoon. It was a horrible feeling as if both calves were perma-cramped. My piss never turned brown like the pic though. Anyways, couldn't sleep throughout the night and decided to tell Dr. Dad. Tells me it's very strange that I haven't gotten any sleep due to the pain and that my calves looked swollen and were essentially rock hard. Tells me to get my CPK values checked through blood test. Later that day, family doc calls and says I need to be admitted. Was in the hospital for a week having fluids pumped into me and being monitored. Also got questioned if I was on any PEDs. Literally only thing I took was preworkout. Was told if i hadn't come in when I did, I would have most likely needed dialysis for the rest of my life and could have developed compartment syndrome in my legs.
