How do I get my FUCKIN CHEST to grow if I can't fail a bench press without passing for an embarrassing situation?
when i first started i did
bench 5x5 as heavy as possible
incline dumbell 3x10
pec dec 4x15
and flyes 3x10
all on the same day, chest popped

I did flat bench, incline db press, cable flies for the chest part of my workouts for years. Had heavy days and hypertrophy days for flat bench, got up to being able to do 225lb for 10x3
My chest really never noticeably grew (especially upper) until I replaced flat barbell bench with heavy flat db press

lift heavy but with weight you can do atleast 7 seven reps

Do 70% of your reps on bench, if you've been progressing properly this should be fine. Then move over to a flat bench and finish STRONG with dumbells. I like to rep till failure here. I guess you could just go dumbbell only but barbell bench gives me a hardon
