Give me two examples of what you think it is the natty limit with bad genes and the natty limit with good genes. Average height considered preferably, no manlets or lanklets.

Bad genes

Bull shit made up concept. Bad genes = you have to train 4x as hard as the dude with good genes = you train 10x as hard.

And enough meme lifts. Fuck you fucks who think, "Train smarter not harder." and "High volume and stamina training destroys gains." You guys have wills made of tin, when it should be steel.

Train like you're going to war and you'll look like a warrior, it's that simple.
If you train to look mildly less shit, that's all that you'll get.
If you train to look like Arnie, you will.

Practically though, you just need better techniques. Power yoga gymnastics type moves will develop all the tiny muscles and tissues, and connect your nervous system to your muscle in unique ways. This leads to greater overall exertion and effectivity in weight lifting. As well, you'll look better from flexing more muscle at once, being stronger, and using your muscle effectively. You'll be more "ripped".

Looking great is about having a body that can do great things.

Body builders learn to flex and pose at every possible angle to manually connect their nervous system to their muscle, and grow each individual muscle this way. It's the less strenuous and weak way of having a body that looks great. If you exercise but it doesn't work the entire body, you won't look great.

You can do full body exercises or go the body builder way and just do a lot of disconnected movements in a wide array of patterns in order to get the 'look' without the power.

If you go the gymnast/power yoga route (nothing specific in mind besides the principles of gymnastics and power yoga), then you'll unconsciously flex more muscles when doing deadlifts, squats, bench, etc etc etc and look way better than doing weight lifting alone.

Enough of this genetics meme bull shit.

Hard work is an important factor but you're profoundly ignorant if you believe that it's not also an important factor. If we were all the same then the NFL would be full of hard working neurotics and not the 6' 6 monsters who benched 315 in high school with steel jaws.

How are those bad genes all he needs is traps and lats and he's set

*if you believe genetics aren't an important factor

How about the 5'11 basketball players then?

Bottom line those with the will beat all odds. The more inhuman and god-like your will, the greater your chances of accomplishing whatever it is you've decided to accomplish.

Creativity is also a huge factor. If your will has a great imagination as second officer, you'll be able to achieve anything.

Succumbing to despair and futility when confronted with unfavorable odds is the caustic degeneration of the spirit of humanity.

>Succumbing to despair and futility when confronted with unfavorable odds is the caustic degeneration of the spirit of humanity.

while I agree with you on principle here...

>How about the 5'11 basketball players then?

those guys also tend to have amazing genetics. depending on position, you don't necessarily need to be that tall to play in the NBA. the average PG is only ("only") 6'1". height isn't everything in basketball

After a certain level, genetics become absolutely exclusive to success. Take powerlifting - you train as smart and hard as everyone else but if you don't have the genetics, you'll be mediocre.

I'll agree in the sense that different bodies are built differently, and specific people will respond to specific training better than others. This is absolutely true.
The thing is not to train the same as others.

Some people have the greatest "foundation" in the world, and can support sky scrapers. Others have sand for a foundation. Those individuals with shit foundations (bodies that respond like shit) have to develop their foundations specifically first. This means, you have to compress and compress and compress your instincts, train like hell your will and your body to be made of steel, until you have the grit of a monk who lives in a cave on a mountain side 1000 ft off the ground and has to climb and catch mountain goats to survive every day in blizzards and lightning storms. Only then they can begin building whatever on top of it.
The real positive in all of this is that it's not a waste. By learning how to turn sand into metal, you develop an incredible will and power that allows you to succeed and accomplish in anything, even multiple things at once.
There's more to it than you'd think; those who manage to become demigods in terms of their willpower and discipline and skill wouldn't want to become athletes because it would seem petty at that point. A talent sinkhole, if you will. A waste of one's abilities, if you reached an elite level (or better) on your own, and so you would never see anyone of that sort of skill become an athlete. They have so many controls and restrictions on athletes, the sponsors would want to control the public's perspective on human ability as well. "No Heracles allowed, only those we can control permitted." If they allowed superhumans into sports, it would disrupt everything as people realize that normal people like them can become inhumanly powerful.
Public knowledge and perspective is carefully engineered by those who run the machine.

>bad genes
You can be bottlenecked as much as a normal woman basically
>good genes
4pl bench 6pl squat 7 plate deadlift

As to bodybuilding, frank yang is the natty limit, maybe only slightly better but only subjectively based on limb lengths and muscle insertions

this is ignoring people who have irregular myostatin inhibitors, which is very uncommon
