I do sideways lat raises while looking at the floor and it definitely works something in my neck

are there any exercises that strengthen that head position? i have forward head posture and cant seem to figure out how to correct it.

Does neck theory take into account the definition of the neck muscles? Both necks look pretty flabby in the OP
