What the best exercises to do at home with no gym equipment ?
Something like Convict Conditioning or Overcoming Gravity... bodyweight stuff.

Okay, sounds simple enough.
What about jogging/running on the spot? or pacing around the house?

That's shit. If you want cardio, go outside for a run/go cycling. For simple bodyweight exercises, try dips, push-ups or pull-ups if you have a beam somewhere.
If you can, buy a set of dumbbells and some weights. It gets you pretty far and you don't have to do 6 gorrillion reps if you've got some weight on them.

Look at some bodyweight routines on jewtube and modify them to fit your current fitness level. I've been doing an easier version of this one and seeing progress.

I use insanity for cardio. Running consistently wears your body down, unless you do Sprints. Do Sprints.

>Overcoming Gravity.
Is this shit worth it? I've seen it mentioned in multiple places as the book to get for bodyweight stuff but I cant find it anywhere on the internet. I wanna know if it's actually useful before I buy it, the other bodyweight books I've found pdfs of have been pretty useless
